its taste is rich but never oily, as it is obtained by crushing pretty flavoured black olives and using very delicate extra virgin olive oils. Just spread it on sliced toasted bread and you will allow yourselves very clear and aromatic flavours. Jars of net weight 180 Grs.

TRUFFLE DELIGHT
very intense fragrance, obtained by using a particular receipt which minimizes the welll known phenomena of gastric reflux, which is typical among the majority of truffle pates based on the "tuber æstivum vitt". You may enhance its delicate fragrance by spreading it on a slice of toasted bread. It is also suggested as "ready to use sauce": it will suffice to add 2 spoons per person of "Truffle Delight" into a sauté pan together with pasta already cooked and drained and a couple of tablespoons of cooking water; leave pasta to whip for additional 2-3 minutes and then... enjoy your dish!!!
